Five steps, no mystery
Big consulting firms sell you a discovery phase. We’d rather show you the whole path before you spend a dollar: find the leaks, agree on the numbers, prove the fix on one process, then scale what works. Here’s exactly how an engagement runs.
Find the leaks
Start with the free assessment: ten questions, four minutes, no signup. You get a revenue-leak report with dollar figures tied to your manual processes, benchmarks against businesses like yours, and a prioritized action plan. The report is yours to keep whether we ever talk or not.
Talk it through
A free 30-minute working session on your report — not a sales pitch. We walk through your top leaks, sanity-check the numbers against what you actually see day to day, and tell you which problems are worth fixing with automation and which aren't. If you don't need us yet, we'll say exactly that.
Map the fix
The roadmap audit: a two-week look at how your business actually runs. We talk to the people doing the work, walk your processes end to end, and cost each manual workflow in dollars and hours per month. You get a leak map, a prioritized automation roadmap — including fixes that need no new tools at all — and the one process we'd start with.
Prove it on one process
One process, one month, one answer. We automate the single process from your roadmap with the strongest case, with success metrics agreed in writing before we start. Your team reviews everything the agent produces — humans decide, agents execute. On day 30 we put the before-and-after numbers side by side and tell you honestly: scale it, adjust it, or stop.
Scale what works
Roll the proven approach out to the next processes on your roadmap, connect the tools you already use, and train your team to run it without us. Then, if you want us around, we stay on as your automation department: monitoring the agents, tuning them, and finding the next leak before it costs you.
Every step, every client
The rules we work by
Humans decide, agents execute
Every agent output is a draft, a flag, or a recommendation. Your people review and approve. You get the capacity; you keep the judgment calls.
We measure before and after
Every engagement starts with numbers and ends with numbers. If we can't measure the improvement, we don't claim it.
Fixed fees, no meters
Every price is quoted before work starts. No hourly billing, no open-ended estimates, no invoice surprises.
You own everything
The workflows, the documentation, the data, the results. If we part ways tomorrow, everything we built keeps working for you.
Plain language
Reports you can read in five minutes. No jargon, no buzzwords, no forty-page decks. If you can't explain it to your team, we haven't finished.
We'll tell you no
If automation isn't the right fix for your problem, we say so — at the assessment, on the call, or mid-engagement. Stopping is a real outcome here.
Questions owners actually ask
What does it cost?
The assessment and the first working session are free. Everything after that is a fixed fee quoted before work starts, sized to the leaks in your own report — and the audit fee is credited toward your pilot. We don't bill by the hour, so the price you approve is the price you pay.
How much of my team's time does this take?
Less than you'd think. The assessment is four minutes. The audit needs a few hours of interviews spread over two weeks. During a pilot, your team spends about an hour a week reviewing what the agent produced. We do the heavy lifting; your people keep doing their jobs.
What if the pilot doesn't work?
Then we tell you, in writing, with the numbers that show it. "Stop" is one of the three possible endings we agree on before the pilot starts. You keep the automation roadmap, the measurements, and everything we learned — none of it is wasted.
Are we locked in?
No. Every step is a self-contained piece of work you can stop after. Ongoing support runs month to month, and you own everything we build either way.

The assessment is free, the report is yours to keep, and if you don’t need us, we’ll be the first to say so.
